This policy covers rentanott.com. It sets out what we collect when you read the site, use our free tools or ask for a demo, what we do with it, and how you can control it. We never sell personal data.

Who runs RentAnOTT

RentAnOTT is a service of Apexnova Private Limited (CIN U62011MH2025PTC462611), D 103, Bachraj Lifespace, Y.K. Nagar, Virar West, Maharashtra 401303, India ("we", "us"). Send privacy questions and requests to hello@apexnova.in.

What you tell us

  • Demo request form: your name, work email, company, main content format and what you plan to launch.
  • Call booking: the details you type into the booking popup, which is hosted by Fillout, along with the page you booked from and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on.
  • OTT app builder: nothing leaves your browser unless you press share. Sharing stores your design settings and any logo you uploaded, so the link can show them. Anyone with the link can open it.
  • Email and calls: anything you choose to send us directly.

We use these details to answer you, run demos, prepare quotes and set up the platform if you become a customer.

What is collected automatically

  • Analytics: Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages opened, clicks, device and browser, approximate location and the referring site. It relies on cookies and similar identifiers.
  • Advertising: we advertise with Google Ads. If you arrive from one of our ads, your browser keeps the ad click ID and campaign tags for up to 90 days, so we can see which ads lead to demo requests. Google may also show our ads to past visitors on other sites and apps (remarketing), and a hashed form of the email you enter may be shared with Google to measure ad results.
  • Preferences and attribution: your browser remembers the currency you picked on the pricing page, and, for the current session, the last article you read, so we know which content helped when you get in touch.
  • Server logs: our hosting and image delivery providers log IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the site and the business, and only for that work:

  • Google, for analytics and advertising.
  • Fillout, which runs the call booking popup.
  • Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site.
  • Bunny.net, which delivers the site's images.
  • Deeplinkly, a service operated by Apexnova, which stores demo requests and shared app-builder designs.

We also disclose information when the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside India.

Your choices

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you, you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to hello@apexnova.in and we will reply within a reasonable time. If our answer does not resolve it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

Demo and booking details are kept while we talk with you, serve you as a customer and meet tax and legal duties, then deleted. Shared app-builder designs stay available so their links keep working; ask us to remove one. Data travels over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it, though no system is perfectly secure.

Children

RentAnOTT is a business service and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Updates

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
